Hi I paid a $412 package for at least 6 classes and a road test. We were able to complete the 6 classes but not the road test. There were 3 incidents that kept us from completing the road test and all of them were not my fault or his. 1. Scheduled road test in October 2019- he came late had to reschedule. 2. November 2019. Never told me exactly what I had to bring or how much I was paying. Rescheduled 3. I got all of my information and was at the facility only to be declined because the reps could not see my birthdate clearly. Now I'm trying to reschedule and I texted him. He last responded that he was free in march. I kept on texting him no answer and he doesnt pick up his phone. He has not fulfilled the package because we have yet to complete a road test. He owes a partial refund or he needs to fulfill his deal that I've fully paid for.
