0 Stars, avoids answering the phone or responding to their "appointment" setting emails. The email doesn't even work. We drove to the business and were treated very rude, aggressive, and cursed at, repeatedly told they're sending our stuff to auction and won't let us have our personal belongings. I have Tools, jewelry, and personal items totaling over $30k inside my vehicle. They scrambled to hide my truck while we were there to me bc they had already stripped it dry. Told there's nothing in it. I have video of them taking it and I showed up the next day after relentlessly trying to find it. The woman is terrible and the three tow guys are low down pos.

If i could give this place a 0 stars i would. I worked in and area the recovery business for years. 3 recovery company's, two storage lots. Not to mention i have actually ran wrecks in a flat bed and a wheel lift. I have never treated anyone with the disrespect, the slander, or down right braking the law as this place. I have to go to the courts on Monday to see if the judge will have this company give me the belonging inside my car. They removed my GPS from the car. The finance company even said I am allowed to get my personal belonging out of the car. When I told her that she said the finance company doesn't say what happens on her lot. She is correct but TDLR does, Mont. Co. towing enforcement does along with Judge. All of them have a say so i have contact all three. Making a complaint with each, and contacted the owner of the lot to let him know what they are doing is illegal and will come back in him since he is the owner. I have no idea why it has to go this far but here we are.
