I am a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist thats been providing services since May of 2005. Before that, I spent 5yrs volunteering with a Physical Therapist, working with sports and injury clients. In 2007, I continued my education in esthetics(skin care). After working in some high scale spas, I began bringing these services to people at home. This allows for more comfort, tranquility, and stress relief. Finally in 2008 I added more training to my sports and injury knowledge by becoming s certified NASM Personal Trainer. Now after moving from my home in Pennsylvania, I'm here at the beach to help people with their Fitness/Wellness Lifestyles.
