Bought a home in Nogales where they had been servicing the pool for years. We were out of town still and they used a hose to fill the pool and left it on for 2 days straight and our water bill went from $67 to $199. The water was overflowing the pool and running everywhere. The only reason it was shut off after 2 days is that I arrived back early, otherwise it would have been on for 7 days until they had shown up again and the bill would have been closer to $800. I let them know the price increase from $67 to $199 and they only wanted to pay half of the amount. Told them forget it and we would never use them again.
