Beautiful apartments with large living space and fully equipped housing however, Sam is unfortunately a terrible land lord- irresponsible and extremely poor communication. We gave a 60 day move out notice and they are requiring monthly payment for an additional month after the date noted on the notice given to them because they said it goes off of the last day of communication, which is the day they responded to our notice. Other tenants breaking lease agreement without consequences putting other residents safety at risk due to witnessed drug trafficking and IV drug use in the parking lot. Management was notified and no disciplinary action was taken. Would not recommend. The unethical management and the constant drug trafficking and drug use greatly outweigh the nice living spaces offered.

The landlord is great. The company itself is awful and greedy. After living there 7 years this company still screwed us and never returned security deposit. All we were met with was lies and their false documentation. If you rent here burn your money you will never see your security deposit back and every year a rent increase. Just FYI. no matter how good you leave your apartment condition in they will keep your security deposit. They falsify records. Run from this place!!!
