I hired Root for a video shot in May with a deadline and expectation of the raw footage which was not followed and failed to deliver. Root made excuses and lied about why he couldn't give me the footage I requested. I made several trips there, 45 minutes each way and never got what I asked for. Now I will be without a music video for the upcoming Christmas season. The quality of the video was terrible as well. The saturation is wrong with Christmas green looking like lime green and my skin as white as snow. The music and video didn't line up correctly either. I would have been happy with the footage and a re-edit from someone more competent. But I never got that either. All I got was arguments and lies.I DO NOT recommend this studio for any reason.

The deadline was for August which (as you can see by the date above) we made way before this review. Mr. Elf had 1 successful YouTube video and thought he was a superstar. He would show up at our place of business and expect us to drop all our other clients and wait on him. He made the whole process exhausting and troublesome for my entire staff. Then he demanded that we turn over all the raw footage which we explained would take hours of downloading. He was not willing to pay for it and threatened bad reviews if we didn't comply. We did give him his video on time but he went to every website he could leaving us bad reviews.
