I worked as a general contractor thru this company when covid 19 hit the people at work were getting scared of the cleaners coming in and I also had children at home myself so I gave notice that I had to have time off he said that was fine and he completely understood to call him when we could come back I did try to keep in contact with him no answer fast forward to a year later I called and messaged him asking were my 1099 was no reply still no answer he's still in business as he has posted on Craigslist with the same number I've tried numerous times to call him on I worked from Jan 2020 to March 2020 I had received my previous 1099 from him for 2019 but not this one ??? ?
