Steve came on July 21, 2025 to diagnose our refrigerator through our warranty service. He told us he would order the needed part and come back to complete the repair. That was the last we heard from him. Since then, he has ignored every call and text we've sent. Four weeks later, we are still without a working fridge because he never followed through.
