I worked for Ryan for roughly 4-5 months. At first he was a great boss, then all of a sudden he'd lie and send 2 of his employees out of 4 to work on a project then turn around to tell the other 2 that there's nothing available when i can clearly see whos clocked in.. This was extremely upsetting as Christmas is around the corner and knowing his employees have a family to take of and not being upfront is really disturbing. I sat home for days watching 2 of the employees clock in and work 8 hour shifts while I had 2 hours in 2 weeks. He's extremely unprofessional with his employees and I wouldn't recommend anyone working for him. People have families to take care of and how he's treated me the last couple weeks has aggravated me to my core. I always put 100% into every job I've done for Ryan, always on time and never left a job unfinished. Ive always been passionate about that job until I noticed what kinda boss he truly is. I don't know how his customers feel but I wouldn't recommend hiring his company for squat. Have a good Christmas
