We live in Okatie and have had Skill Pro do a few projects for us after a recommendation from a Riverbend neighbor. German Ortiz and his crew did some interior room painting including walls, ceilings, crown molding and baseboard trim. They also just finished painting the complete exterior of our 5000 sq ft house, siding , trim, railings, doors, stucco. The job came out perfect and their attention to detail is truly outstanding. Then we discovered that they also do carpentry. We had them remove the wooden railings on our lengthy front porch and full length second story balcony and replace them with the low maintenance Liberty Vinyl railings. This turned out to be a tricky project because many of the railing runs were not simple right angle spans and required modifying the underlying aluminum support and mounting system as well as the vinyl coverings. The Liberty system was not really designed for this complexity but German made it work and it is very sturdy and looks great. After dealing with so many poor workmanship contractors over the years it is a pleasure to highly recommend German Ortiz's Skill Pro Painting not just for perfect painting but also their expert and attention to detail carpentry skills
