I worked for Grady for several years in the 90's while attending the University of Oklahoma. I traveled from Norman to all over so okla. I was paid very well, supervised myself on many jobs, was provided tools, equipment and a truck if needed. The times I worked along side Grady, I was treated with respect and kindness. Grady paid for my meals and we got along beautifully. We shared many laughs but at the same time, we worked tirelessly and put in many long hour days. I have NEVER seen anything in his personality or actions that I would even remotely consider calling him Shady Grady. I left his employ because of the distance I had to travel after awhile. I still have the utmost respect for Grady and still talk to him on occasion and consider him to be a good friend. Working for Grady was the best job I've ever had and I always looked forward to the work day beginning. I'd give Grady 5 gold stars if I could.

The owner doesn’t pay his employees the hours they worked. If a tool gets broken he deducts the cost from the employees check without telling the employee. He charged an employee $15 for using one of his $5 paint brushes. Very unprofessional. He doesn’t give his employees a 1099 because he owes the IRS thousands of dollars. He hired over 200 employees in 2019 and on has 1 employees that’s worked for him for more than a couple of months Grady Burroughs is called Shady Grady for a reason. Beware of this company and this man.
