I would give 0 stars if I could. I would not hire this company ever again. Horrible experience. They came out to clean a main drain clog. Pulled out two tiny Lysol wipes and said the problem was fixed after snaking 60 feet. They worked for 2 hours, but charged us for 4 hours which included their driving time because they didn't have the correct equipment in their truck so they had to go back to the shop or wherever and get it. Would have charged us $800 but Jason said he gave us a discount so we ended up paying $600 which was fine as long as the problem was fixed. Less than 24 hours later the problem was still occurring and when I called Jason DaSilva , he told us he wasn't coming by back and we had to call someone else who would have the proper equipment to do the job. He said he did enough work. He didn't offer to send one of his guys or come back himself after cashing our check for an incomplete job. Just told us we were on our own. I called A-1 Rooter who I highly recommend and they said no way the cause was two little Lysol wipes. Has to be roots growing inside. A-1 correctly fixed the issue by snaking over 100 feet and clearing the roots out. Never call Jason from Anytime Plumbing. He is a crook.
