The floor boards contain two parallel strips bonded together by an industry exclusive dovetail joining process. Some engineered floors will begin to weaken after 10 to 15 years use. We have an industry leading, factory backed 25 year warranty. 3 Your floor's greatest asset is the thickness of its wear surface. This directly relates to how many times your floor can be sanded and refinished to look like new. Our solid hardwood dance floor offers one of the thickest wear surfaces available, it has a silk matte urethane finish perfect for dancing. Your floor can be professionally refinished 7 to 10 times; and can be screened time and time again. This means your dance floor will likely last into your retirement!
