Kevin came to repair my Viking Range on time as was stated. He got right to work and diagnosed the issues right away.He is very knowledgeable in the appliance repair and I couldn't be happier. Kevin also found my Oven needed to have hinges replaced. His pricing was very fair , however he could not do the job due to the heat generated by my oven during this visit. Kevin Assured me that he would be happy to come back out and address the hinges within 30 day's of my choice without me incurring the original trip charge. Therefore the cost would be as if he did the work on the original visit. There was no pressure at any time for me to do this service.
