First of all, this is my first ever review. The service by Locksmith Key Shop was so phenomenal that it would be a crime if I didn’t leave out a well-deserved review for them. Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same. It’s reassuring to know that there’s a locksmith in Waban that isn’t trying to rip people off. Will hire again and take the advice on upgrading the lock. If you ever have problems with your lock, don’t hesitate to give them a call. I highly recommend it…

I called a couple of locksmiths in Waban, MA 02468, and was quoted anywhere between $200 and $300 for the job. Locksmith Key Shop did it for $140 and also provided an extra set of keys free of charge. I think I’ve finally found a locksmith I can rely on for quality yet affordable service. Will I hire them again? Definitely, and you should too…

Great service plus low pricing equals the best customer experience! And that’s exactly what I got from Locksmith Key Shop on a fateful night. I desperately needed a locksmith to get to my home and look into the malfunctioning smart lock on my front door. I knew that if I let the issue go, the lock would one day stop operating altogether. The technician, Joe, was extremely quick with his job. He immediately narrowed down the problem to faulty wiring and had my lock fixed in no time. There I was worrying I had to get an expensive replacement! Joe could have easily tricked me into getting one though, but he didn’t! And that’s why I totally love Locksmith Key Shop and if you live in Waban, do give them a try.
