We hired Bob to install some backsplash. When he did the measurements, we specifically mentioned it was stone, and he stated that it was no issue. Well an hour into the work, he stated that it was very difficult to work with. Instead of backing away, he persisted. It was AMAZING! Not one straight line! Not a single pair of even spacing! Nothing was flush with each other! Jagged edges everywhere. The underside of the cabinets SO sloppy and his response was "Nobody will see it". When all of this was bought up, he said he can fix it if WE get more supplies for his mess up. On top of that, both his wife and Bob blocked my phone number, and all emails go unresponded. For those reading, please avoid Bob's services. I chose not to do the backsplash because I was afraid it would turn out exactly how he did it so I wanted 'professional' service. Bob is the farthest thing from a professional. Bob, you're a joke.
