Andrew from Metro Locksmith Services is just amazing! I called him up on a weekend, yet he didn’t hesitate to come all the way to my home in Crum Lynne! He arrived within 20 minutes. He’s got a remarkable personality. Friendly, fun and courteous, he kept explaining every step of the process so I wouldn’t feel left out. In fact, when he was done with fixing the locks, I felt a lot more enriched with fresh locksmithing knowledge! He even gave me great advice on maintaining the locks in good condition during the winters.

Where do I start? From the way they handled my call to the completion of the job, their professionalism was evident! Their USP is their pricing! I don’t think there’s anyone else in Crum Lynne that offer such a reasonable pricing scheme. There’s no hidden fees, no surcharges for services availed after hours, no convenience fee. You can even request for a flat rate by calling them on 484-234-2366 and based on the information you provide, these guys will be happy to help you out.
Have had a couple of bad experiences with other technicians in the past! Now that I’ve found Metro Locksmith Services, I don’t think I’ll ever have to worry about that again! Truly the best in! Keep up the good work guys!!!!

I was about to leave on a vacation and needed a new lock on my door to ensure that I didn’t return to a burgled home. It was 2:00 am and I doubted any locksmithing firm would be open at that hour. But I did find this place online that promised 24/7 availability on their website http://www.CrumLynne.Metro-Locksmith-Services.com and decided to give them a dry. Twenty minutes later, Dave arrived on the scene. After an assessment, he recommended that I get a deadbolt installed on the door as it was the best fit for my security requirements. I thought that he’d have to make his way back to the store to fetch the deadbolt but I was wrong. The van he came in had it all! I chose from a set of options, the installation was done in a few minutes and I was on my to a blissful weekend in Rome.
I don’t think there’s any company in Crum Lynne that could match Metro Locksmith Services in terms of quality and affordability. They are simply the best!!!
