I wasn’t serious when I told them to get there asap. All I needed was a new lock on the cupboard, and I was in no hurry. But these guys from Estate Locksmith Store took my request literally and got there in ten minutes!! That’s a whole new level of customer service I've ever experienced! Anyway, I feared they’d charge me extra for their super quick service but turns out,it hadn’t cost me anything! I bet Estate Locksmith Store is a firm you can trust blindly in case you’re facing an emergency, perhaps a lockout or any other urgent requirement. Nearly everyone was getting their locks changed to these ultra-modern ones and I had been wondering contemplating it for a while. But I wasn’t sure how well these locks would fare. So, I called Jeff from Estate Locksmith Store for advice. He assessed the property and advised me against opting for it, unless my only goal was to spend a fortune for a futuristic-looking lock. The locks in place were good enough, although he did advise new locks for the windows. He could have sold me an expensive lock and made money, but instead, he offered genuine advice. And I really appreciate Jeff for it!

Eric is the best!!! He worked his magic and got the dead smart lock working again… I expected him to charge me a bomb for calling him up after business hours, but surprisingly he didn’t! All the locksmiths I’d hired previously added up several charges on the final bill.
