Horrible would be an upgrade. Stay away. Was late the first attempt. Then we got bumped because the vehicle before mine was bigger than they expected. Then after waiting another week, it finally showed up although I had to make separate pickup arrangements because he claims he couldn't get it to where I was. Then I didn't think to check the roof on inspection and the next day, I went to wash it only to find major damage on the roof and they didn't even want to talk about it.
