"Hard Hat Training is a terrible company to work with. They charge you for classes that your employees do not start, they over-bill you unless you keep a close eye on it, they shut off your access to your training program without warning or cause, when OSHA personnel tells you you need to make changes to the program to be compliant, they refuse to make even minor modifications. What type of company claiming to offer OSHA compliant training won't make modifications based on OSHA's feedback? The owner sends aggressive & demeaning responses. He threatened to give my company a bad review despite the fact that I’ve provided no services for him to review. When I pointed out that I’ve spent $10,000, an amount that would continue on an annual basis, he responded “99.9% of my business is outside of Idaho. We are a global company. We decided to move the business here from Seattle for personal reasons, not because it was a lucrative marketplace. So while I appreciate your “almost $10,000” I do not need it to comfortably support the families I employ.” I have customers that spend $100 with me annually, and I would never send them e-mails like the ones I’ve received. If he took the time he spends arguing & sending demeaning emails on fixing the problem, things would already be resolved. STAY FAR AWAY! Especially if you from a “not lucrative” market or spend a measly $10,000 annually. When I told them I planned to review, he has his employees post 5 star reviews.
