What a horrible experience. Our daughter was in a tizzy and mistakenly purchased two tickets instead of one. She was almost out of money, so she explained her mistake to the driver, who promptly ridiculed her. A couple of days later I called and talked with her driver. What a dirtbag! He said he was going to keep the money because it held a seat he could have filled. "So the bus was full except for that seat," I asked. "No," he replied. "So even though you could have sold that seat to someone else," I said, "you didn't." At this point the idiot on the phone got really sarcastic, so I hung up on the moron. IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER WAY OF GETTING FROM LINCOLN CITY TO PORTLAND, TAKE IT! My daughter had made a mistake, and he still chose to charge her for an unfilled seat. A little compassion would have meant a lot.
