Run as far away as you can. Advantage Community Management will not pay their vendors. I work for a local landscape company that worked with them. We maintained an HOA for them they had before the HOA switched management companies. About 2 weeks ago we received a check in the mail for an invoice that was 7 months past due. We tried 7 months ago to get payment for the invoice and they told us that they would send the check. Well, they did and it is 7 months late, there is nothing that can be done with the check. The date on the check is 10/23/2019 and the date we got the check was 5/12/2020. I called the company and they told me very rudely that there is nothing that can be done and told me some other choice words that I will not mention in this review. The person I spoke with was very rude and did not care about me getting the $950 for a service that has been done and completed 7 months ago. So if you looking to get a new HOA management company then run very far away from Advantage Community Management because they will not pay their vendors.
