Alex, president of Big Head Pest control was great! He came to give me the estimate right away, which, at the time seemed a bit on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for! The mice are gone! They were coming out in the day, dancing across the floor waving to me. He always answers his phone and those filthy little rodents are gone. They're 4 apts. in my building and he only did my apt. Big Head is awesome!!
