WARNING! Do not use this contractor. The work is horrible. I am going to have to hire someone else to complete his job. The job took more than 6 months to complete when it was supposed to be a 6-8 week job. Most important, he does not pay his subcontractors. I had two (2) subcontractors inform me that they were going to place a lien on my property. He paid one and the other one filed a lien against my property. The general contractor, Bradley J. Taylor, wrote him a check and the check did not clear. So now I have to deal with his mess. When I sent him a text, he of course did not take responsibility and started making false claims. He is not honest. Bradly J. Taylor did the same thing to the person that referred him to me. He was working on our houses at the same time. He talks a good game but it will end horribly. Bradley J. Taylor goes by Brad and also uses the company names Southern Pro Renovations, LLC (Admin Dissolved), Southern Pro, and SouthernPro Renovations & Roofing (Facebook)
