Brad Tanner (BNT Enterprises) is an incompetent pool installer and not a man of his word. He agreed to reimburse me and my wife (have both emails and texts of this agreement) for his poor work. When it came time to pay me the agreed amount, he begged me to cut him a deal for the money he owed, cried poverty and then told me to take him to court. The people he employees are equally incompetent and rude. I hired a real company to fix his mistakes (there was a lot). He poured concrete in the pouring rain, he damaged my side door and he couldn’t even open the pool correctly. Do yourself a favor and hire a real pool company (Pettis, Northeastern, etc) and stay away from Brad Tanner and BNT enterprises. Again, Brad Tanner is not worth hiring, no matter how good of a deal he gives you. The money he “saved” me went to a real company. If I could give zero stars, I would have. Brad has no business running a company. He lacks ethics and competence.
