Lauren took our newborn photos and they were wonderful. We booked several sessions with her since and had good experiences until this last session. We had a Fall shoot with her in October 2020. Paid her that day including a hefty tip on top of the regular fee. My wife followed up multiple times and Lauren kept saying we would get photos soon. This continued until May 2021. After May 2021, Lauren stopped responding completely. It's now been over a year since the photos were taken and paid for and we've received nothing. Not even an apology from Lauren for taking the money and not providing the full service for which we paid. Now we are not only out the money spent but also the memories and pictures of our little at her two year mark. Very disappointing and unprofessional. Would not recommend at this point as I wouldn't want another family to have to deal with the stress and disappointment of not getting their memories as promised.
