My parents dishwasher started to leak into the basement. My parents did some research and came across B&K Construction. B&K came out to the house quickly... ✅ B&K told my parents what the issue was ✅ they said a piece to the dishwasher needs to be replaced. ✅ They said they installed the new piece BUT never tested the dishwasher to see if it would leak. 🚩B&K said cross our fingers it will work. 🚩 WELL... the basement flooded the next wash cycle, but worst. We replaced the dishwasher only to find out that what they installed was wrong and created a bigger problem. We tried reaching out to B&K for resolution. They never answered the phone or returned our phone calls. Until we took a trip out to their listed business address which was a home address. We were all surprised but then he finally answered the phone. Long story short we got NO RESOLUTION! We're out $400 bucks for their service, a flooded basement and we purchased a brand new dishwasher that wasn't needed. (Do y'all know how much dishwashers cost?) Let's see what the Better Business Bureau say. Let's see if they can help us come to an equitable resolution. PLEASE BEWARE... See for yourself the janky work they did. Doesn't look like a new part at all and in fact the questionable piece was stripped and bent.
