We bought an Aura Video Mate HD camera/speaker about 2 years ago and barely used it. When we actually needed it to work from home during the lockdown it decided to stop working and when we called support they did some very minimal troubleshooting and told us there's nothing they can do. Very disappointing considering it's a $400 piece of equipment. If you are considering buying a Spracht product I highly recommend looking for a different brand instead.
