I'm not even a complainer, however, hold onto your seats for this. I hired this company for my daughters 9th birthday celebration 09/18/21. I payed the full balance up front, because this came from what I thought to be a reputable referral from a family member. Communication was non existent from the start. Initially I said 10 children, but when I noticed it would be more children, I texted and called her in which I was unsuccessful at reaching her for at least a week maybe 2. Noticed when I would get her on the phone it would be after I texted to ask for a refund, because I seen where things where headed. She would have a nasty attitude and told me I'm not getting a refund several times, that she knew her rights and I could take her to court if I wanted. She went on to imply how my money was little, and she does bigger events with more money, but won't give me my money back... When I would ask her things that we agreed on, she would act like she didn't say it. i.e. her doing the candy table for only a certain price additionally, but then turned around and said that I needed to send her more money. When I brought it to her attention what was said in previous conversation she replied "oh, if I told you that, ok"? This type of thing happened several times, (provided only one example). The morning of the party she asked me to send her a picture of my party to go bags, so she could make hers which was supposed to already be done prior to this day! To say the least she didn't even show up for the party, and never called to explain why. My daughters party was ruined as I waited for her to come and hold up her end of the supply's she was supposed to bring. Also, I asked for her to be at the party at a certain time one which she told me the time she would arrive, totally disregarding the time I clearly needed her to be there. And omg you should see the receipt I was provided...totally unprofessional. Totally! Kids didn't get a chance to do there activities. I Didn't have a back drop to take pictures. My daughter cried her self to sleep she was so embarrassed. And I'm not even going detail for detail....Please don't walk but runnnnnnn away! Absolutely not recommend! Only gave 1 star due to the fact that I had to make a selection or it would have been zero! Respectfully disrespectful!
