I ordered several times, one dress came with a hole in the back of it that makes it non repairable and un-usable. I contacted the company right away and they ignored my many request for a return and refund. Very poor customer service.

If I could give this zero stars I would. I ordered masks from this company. First they came almost a week late, but I was required to pay for priority mail. Then when I received them they were very poor quality. They did not look like the picture and the sizing was way off - they were huge! The first time I tried to contact the company they didn’t respond. The second time I emailed they said there was nothing they could do and that they don’t except returns (which is not what the website says.) Horrible customer service and now I am sitting with all these masks that don’t fit my family. Do not order from this company!!!!
