This week (three days before a heatwave) my A/C quit. A friend highly recommended Bucaros Heating and Air Conditioning (Bartlett, IL), so I made the desperate call for help. I received a callback right away and John was here the following morning. He identified the problem quickly and had me back up and running in an hour! My A/C runs like a dream now, and he gave me some great preventative advice to extend the life of my unit. Outstanding customer service, very knowledgeable, trustworthy and honest, quick turnaround, and one extremely satisfied customer! Now I see why Bucaros was highly recommended!!!!
