Back in 2014 I wrote: I want to thank Nail Soup Media for our recent $600,000 + sale and upcoming $18,000 + commission! Around 2009 Nail Soup Media created our state of the art more like a web site Facebook Page Main Line Real Estate-Radnor, Bryn Mawr, Haverford, Wayne and more! for Mary Beth Hurtado Glenn also coached us on how to set up our Zillow profile and presence and to make sure that we had our clients write Recommendations and Testimonials. This was at a time when most brokers and real estate agents disparaged Trulia and Zillow and called marketing on them and on Facebook a waste of time. At a home inspection our Main Line real estate home buyer told me that he contacted Mary Beth from New York for 2 reasons. 1. Her Zillow Recommendations (We then had 26 and now have 45!!) and because he saw one of our recent Facebook Page posts and our comment to another's comment made him laugh so he called. Wow!!! He didn't like or comment on our page but he was looking and that turned into a big sale!! Thanks Glenn your advice continues to bring new sales in 2017!!!
