Charles Phillips
In May 2020 I contracted with Tony Moore of Decks and Moore LLC aka Moore Quality Customs of Kinston NC who advertises decks, floors, and more to replace wooden deck boards with composite decking material. He provided a written contract of $14,000 dollars for the completion of work, of which I gave him $6700 dollars upfront for ordering of materials.
As of September 2021, he never completed the job, delivered the so called ordered materials or refunded the $6700 deposit.
