Daily life at a Mission Health Services care community includes all of the traditional services found in other nursing homes: 24-hour skilled nursing care, short-term rehabilitation including physical, occupational, speech, and restorative therapies, and the provision of care in all clinical practices. What isn't traditional, however, is how the services are delivered. Mission care communities offer excellent medical and nursing care and skilled care services in a relationship-rich environment. We believe that a traditional sterile environment with rigid institution based schedules that benefit staff does not promote healing or the physical and emotional wellness of Elders in our care.
