The deposit was 1650, rent was 1,100 on one of their rentals. It was a nice rental. I had issues with an incident where someone had access to my apartment while I was gone for an extended amount of time. I found excessive flies (like the door was open and a key card in my bedroom). They didn't know about what happened, but all contractors have access to the keys of the apartments. I had to wait months to get things fixed at the apartment, waiting for this 1 guy who fixes things, but only able to do it when he had time, which often took months. I took my whole deposit for a water leak (which did happen), a scratch on the wood floor, and cleaning. The house was in good condition when I left it, and didn't deserve to only get 135 dollars back. I even had to pay for the carpet cleaning they wanted done. They nickel-and-dimed the deposit even though it was in good shape and I was flexible with the move-out to help them get the next person in there. I definitely feel taken advantage of. I would not recommend!!
