This unprofessional, "business" deserves zero stars. If google would allow, that's what I would put. The owner, Shelby, of this facility is very rude and very unprofessional. The annual recital was a disgrace. There was nothing classy or professional about the recital- the, "stage" had no decor, the lighting was trash, the announcements lacked warmth, the owner was not dressed up (was wearing yoga pants at a recital). Shelby was rude to guests, parents and dancers. The recital had some very inappropriate numbers- including, "Knocking down the police", which was performed by one of the dance instructors. It was pretty evident by the numbers that poor dance training is received at this studio. The facility itself is a disgrace- run down and dirty. The girl at the front desk acts and looks like she's on drugs. The owner, Shelby, doesn't even acknowledge you when you're nearby/ passing by. Snobby. Worst of all- I say with much guilt as a mom- The first evening my 3 year old was there, she told me she was hit on the head by the dance instructor. I should have believed her! That instructor mysteriously stopped working at that facility shortly after (thank goodness). That should have been enough for me to never bring my daughter back. I assumed my 3 year old was just exaggerating something. Looking back, I should have known this place was all wrong. Which, yes, she was in a room that I was not allowed to see her and there were no cameras. Do not bring your children here. Who knows what else is going on there! I am honestly shocked this place is still in business. To the parents of dancers that still attend this place- there are so much better and actually professional studios out there (for the same price)! Something is very wrong with this place- protect your kids!
