I had a small bathroom floor that needed to be replaced with vinyl flooring. It took a couple weeks for The Floor Store to find someone to come out and do the job because they were short staffed. When they finally sent someone out to do the job, they put the floor in crooked and left a dirty mess in my bathroom. I took pictures and sent them to the owner. He then had to find someone else to come back out, rip up the floor, and redo the entire job. It was a very aggravating process for an easy job. I will not use them again.
