I had to transport my 83 year old mother, who had been through a lot recently, from a rehab facility in New York to her assisted living facility in Connecticut. Jim from Ace Ambulette went above and beyond for my family. He was so kind and fair. He handled a problem we had on one end of the transport and truly restored my faith in humanity.
