Hon. James L. Hyer is a NYS Supreme Court Justice in the 9th Judicial District of New York. James served as the Corporation Counsel for the Legal Aid Society of Westchester, Inc., and was an Administrative Law Judge for the Westchester Human Rights Commission. Mr. Hyer is admitted to practice law in the Courts of the State of New York, Southern District of New York and Eastern District of new York, and is also a trained mediator.
