Tripalink is the worst property management company. They do not have professionalism and do not care about the tenants once lease is signed. They are not at all transparent with their services. I had my wash basin clogged for months when i requested for maintenance, they came and charged a huge amount saying that tenants are responsible for this. I have leased with other company in US, they do not charge huge amount for fixing wash basin clog. They did not had the property maintained properly before i leased, and when the condition worsen and tenants request for maintenance, they say that it is tenant's fault that the condition arises. I will never recommend anyone to lease with them. Their windows do not have lock. I am afraid to request for maintenance because they will accuse me for breaking the lock. Their bathtubs door is also broken. If they charge such huge amount, then better give good service.
