The following are issues we had dealing with this company. I would not recommend them to anyone. 1. We set a budget rather substantial - we were not advised the work required throughout the install took the project OVER budget by 70%. We ended up paying almost doubled. 2. We set a deadline which was not met by over 2 weeks. Workers arrived late and sometimes not at all. 3. The company failed to pay the plant suppliers and we ended up with a Notice to owner (NTO) - notification of unpaid bill, precursor to construction lien - saying we owed the suppliers (we had already paid Property Control Landscape in full including the huge overage.) When we called the company - Property Control Landscape - they seemed to think it wasn’t a big deal. 4. We were told all the plantings - minus the Palms which were the most expensive - were under a one year warranty - no stipulations given. When we contacted them 5 months later with a list of plantings which didn’t make it we were immediately blamed and the plantings still to this day have never been replaced - over 1,000 worth including the sod. 5. The communication with this company was poor at best and absent completely more often than not.
