Company doesn't fuel at stations properly, the last review just shows their character. The lady with the braces has never pumped gas before, when I was outside my convenient store taking care of the lot, I directed her to turn her truck off (the white one) and she said, "im sorry you have nothing better to do than worry about my truck" yes.... I literally do have better things to do that teach you to pump gas. She turn so psycho telling me my staff doesn't know what their doing. I pointed to the directions AT THE PUMP and read them to her because she said I was stupid for telling her her truck needed to be off. I told her I understand you are upset because you are wrong, but if you aren't going to use our equipment properly then you can visit a new store. They also don't have a company card... suspicious to me but okay. Completely disrespectful and honestly will turn her pump off is she comes again. You do not blow up on someone who is giving you directions, only a 5 year old throws a tantrum like that. I was nothing but calm, and half way through I assume her name is Karen, told me she's not going to talk to me without my mask, but didn't even have hers on. If it was a problem she would have said something when I approached her. Then she complained about our pumps not printing receipts just to try to turn the tables YET she is the problem of the situation at hand. So I told her we have work orders in for the pumps, they all have paper and are loaded. Then suddenly her receipt prints... that she didn't even take. Everything she said back fired. Please visit another fueling station, sorry that you can only visit our store because we are lenient to your old methods of payment. Trucker fueling is by PAY AT PUMP, they make us take a route that is 3x as long to cash someone out because they don't have a company card. Her attitude and the companies delay on current payments is pathetic. Please have a good day so your frustration isn't embarrassingly let out on the people you need services from. Thank you, peace.
