Terrible pool service. Only responsive when they want paying...no answers to calls or emails otherwise. As snowbirds, they agreed to put water in the pool, if need be (hose timer, so literally a minute to turn on). Noone ever did, not once in 2 years, had 2 pumps in less than a year. They never once turned the house water on, so, obviously, the filter was never washed. Have alarm system camera which alerts me to motion in the lanai, the pool guy was in the backyard, literally, 3-4 minutes/week. Bernie, the owner, clearly doesn't care, and makes promises with zero intention of fulfilling them (again there are receipts via camera).
