I have been working with Rob for years, sending in my shears for sharpening. Last time he sent them back to me with no tracking information. They are lost and he claims zero responsibility for how he shipped them. His work is good, but his customer service and ethic is to avoid responsibility. I'd recommend someone with a little more pride and willingness to be accountable. Totally disappointing.
