This company has been out to my house multiple times this year to fix the same repeated issue on my AC unit (not cooling continuously running) They are being sent out via our home warranty company American Home Shield. Each time they come out they say if you have this issue again within 30 days we'll come back out at no charge but it just so happens the issue doesn't happen again until right after the 30 day mark and we have to pay again for the same issue repeatedly.

If I could give a ZERO. I definitely would. This company was dispatched to be via American Home Sheild Warranty Company. I called them to make them aware of my prior engagement on the day they were to come bc they gave a crazy window of 10am-5pm. I told them I would be available after 12 noon & I needed atleast a 30 minuteheads up so if I wasn'thome I could atleast get there in 30 minutes. I got a call from Chad, their technician at 12:11 pm telling me he was 15 minutes away. I told him I was in line to check out at Walmart & would be there as soon as possible. I received another call from Chad at 12:32pm telling me he was at my home. I told him I was in route & would be there as quickly as I could. I received a text from Chad at 12:45pm saying "I gotta roll on in 5." I then called Chad to explain to him I was literally 1 block away & he only gave me a 15 minute heads up when I asked for a 30 & I'm too excited about being rushed & I am right down the road. Chad said he didn't have all day to wait & I told him that he could leave bc I was not please with the treatment I was getting from this company & I wasn't going to deal with his attitude. I literally passed Chad leaving as I was turning onto my road. At this point I spoke to Stephanie in the office & made her aware of what took place. Stephanie assured me that they don't do business like this & would have the office manager call me as soon as she came back to the office. This was Thursday August 13, 2020. It is now Sunday & I am guessing that this IS DEFINITELY HOW THIS COMPANY DOES BUSINESS. I would not reccomend them to anyone!!! Poor customer service!!! Technicians with Bad attitude!!! No follow up!!!
