RUN FROM MandM PROPERTY MANAGEMENT! Only due to the fact our HOA Board FIRED MandM, I now feel comfortable leaving a review due to fear of retribution by MandM. MandM Property Management preys on weak HOA Boards and routinely utilizes deceitful and dishonest business practices to silence community involvement and HOA engagement. Once they have taken over the payment system and management of your community, they begin to neglect your account and they become absentee, all while happily collecting their contracted monthly fees. The owner, is one of the most deceitful and untrustworthy people I have met. Unfortunately, under his leadership, that is how he runs his business. But most importantly, they do not have your HOA's best interests as their priority. They prioritize their own company profits over yours. If you are thinking about hiring MandM, please take the added time to research their history of poor performance and abundance of bad reviews. Consider the bad experiences that many, many, many people have had with MandM and steer clear of hiring them.

This company is a joke. They take the homeowners money and don't provide the services, they actually take more services away. The owner shouldn't be so quick to say he's the owner.......he makes his wife in charge. She is a fumbling fool that can't answer questions. Their staff is full of salty bitter woman who over talk you. They claim you are in the wrong and request you act like an adult. No compassion or care is M&M. This company is completely unprofessional. They are unable to provide their own rules and regulations about the property when contacted by phone. They yell at you from a script because you get the same song and dance from all the employees. I have already been through 5 people! I know I wouldn't want a company like M&M managing my property after my own experience and others reviews! Run away from this company! They have zero customer services skills and say you are the problem. Keeping it classy Sean and M&M Property Management.

Its highly unethical to boot a car IN THE CARPORT WE PAY EXTRA FOR because the expiration tag isn't up-to-date, oh and my car IS registered with the state BUT Y'ALL WOULDN'T KNOW THAT BECAUSE YOU'RE A PRIVATE COMPANY ENFORCING ARBITRARY RULES TO RIP PEOPLE OFF. For those who don't know, registration stickers should NOT be applied in cold temperatures ESPECIALLY with SNOW all over the ground. It will NOT stick - ask the police department. If your tag isn't on because of the weather and you're pulled over, so long as you have your registration papers, THEY ARE HAPPY. Did you guys see the snowstorms we've had all last week, and the freezing temperatures? It cost EXTRA to buy new DMV stickers if yours is lost, not to mention it takes a significant amount of time off work to go get another when yours is stolen or FALLS OFF BECAUSE ITS COLD AND WET OUTSIDE. What do these guys or the HOA lose if they have a car with an unregistered sticker on their premises? NOTHING, this is simply a scam to get money. It says in the HOA guidelines that an "unregistered" vehicle is not allowed, well guess what! MY CAR WAS AND IS REGISTERED. REGISTRATION WAS IN THE CAR. My sticker was stolen and given the blizzards we've had this past week that ruin the adhesiveness of stickers, I was not going to try to put a sticker on my plate just to have it fall off. With all that is wrong in the world, you'd think people would try a little harder to make the lives of others better. BUT MONEY
