We ordered stone from them, and asked if they would deliver. The sales manager called the owner, and the owner said they would do it, for about twice the going rate. We wanted the stone, so we reluctantly agreed as we had no other way to have it delivered. After roughly a month of playing phone tag, and delays in a delivery date, we got a call from the owner stating he didn't know why his manager agreed to deliver as that is not something they normally do. He had a ton of excuses as to what went wrong and why they couldn't do it. He stated that if we no longer wanted the sale he would refund our money. After an additional month leaving messages, then finally talking to somebody in the office, we got a refund. I would HIGHLY caution doing business with this company. If you shop and carry you might be okay.
