Summer of 2019 we had a total kitchen remodel done and Total Millwork was the contractor they used for the countertop. At that time we told the installer that the countertop was not sitting flush, we were told it was ok that was the best fit that could be achieved with adding a new piece of countertop. Little over one year later we came in from work and see that the kitchen countertop had raised significantly, we called Total Millwork and they sent someone out to look at it. He determined that we needed a new piece of countertop and arranged to have it installed. Installation day came and as installers were finishing it up we again pointed out that the countertop was not sitting flush, the installer told us it was ok he had used silicone on it. This piece is worse than the original piece. Called again and had someone come out to look at it and fix some issues that the installers created. He was able to fix the other issues and said they can’t do anything about the countertop sitting flush. If the countertop raises again we were told that our only option is to go through FH Furr that contracted them. FH Furr said they won’t do anything if Total Millwork will not. Would not recommend either company
