i virtually never write reviews - but when something extraordinary happens, it deserves a shout out - one fri night after 6 pm, my 20 yr old honda broke down along aurora in rush hr traffic - every repair shop had long since closed for their fri getaway, and my coolant system failure steam spewing car was just about to stop running when i spotted zack's open repair bays - long story short, he did what was needed just to get me able to drive home from a gasket head failure - his effort took a bit over an hour and included a sent out for hose part, and then he displayed an unsolicited example of humanity by only charging me a very nominal fee, which stunned me, as again, i'm describing an auto repair shop encounter, an industry not known for its compassion and generosity - a few weeks later i had the money to repair it completely and again, the charges were more than reasonable - i consider myself lucky to have encountered such a mechanic and wise businessman as zack -
