Pegasus prepares energy benchmark reports for property owners in California to ensure their building are in compliance with city and state ordinances We are a small, veteran-owned and operated business offering personalized services to help our clients remain in compliance with the energy benchmarking ordinances. We offer a consultative approach to navigating the ordinance's beyond-benchmarking and audit requirements. Pegasus will conduct the required energy audits, but we won't sell you a $10,000 audit if your building can qualify for an exemption as energy efficient. Or, if you invest in some low-cost energy-savings improvements such as LEDs, insulating hot water pipes, or installing ENERGY STAR appliances in the common area. Just call us before making a decision about complying with these ordinances.
